Roscoe is a computer vision engineer who has spent his career pushing biometric AI systems to state-of-the-art accuracy — work that now underpins Skinvest's skin analysis pipeline.

He holds two degrees in computer science and mathematics from Stellenbosch University and the University of Cape Town, with a distinction in Computer Vision from OpenCV University. He's backed by world-leading dermatologists and mentored by C-level executives at multinational corporations.

Professor Ncoza Dlova is an internationally recognised dermatologist, researcher, and academic leader with extensive expertise in skin of colour, pigmentation disorders, hair disorders, global health, and medical education.

She is a Full Professor and Head of Dermatology at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and the immediate past Dean of its School of Clinical Medicine. Professor Dlova has authored more than 160 scientific publications and is a National Research Foundation B-rated researcher, reflecting the international recognition and impact of her work. She serves on numerous international dermatology boards and has received numerous leadership and academic research awards.

Her research has contributed significantly to improving the understanding of dermatological conditions in skin of colour, including pigmentation and hair disorders that have historically been under-researched. She has trained and mentored more than 40 dermatologists, and brings deep clinical and scientific rigour to Skinvest AI's mission of making skin health accessible to everyone, across every skin tone.

Marna is an experienced non-executive director, angel investor in Skinvest AI, and former international banking executive with more than 35 years of leadership across financial services, governance, technology transformation, and risk management.

She is a board member of AECI and Zeda Limited, where she chairs the respective Audit and Risk Committees, and previously chaired Zeda's Information Technology and Risk Committee. During her executive career with Barclays Africa and Standard Bank Group, she led major operational and technology transformation programmes across Africa, including a strategic project office managing 124 projects across ten countries.

Henk is a senior technology and programme delivery leader with nearly 30 years of international leadership experience, including more than 20 years delivering complex technology initiatives across Africa and Europe. His expertise spans insurance and banking systems, large-scale data migration, digital transformation, and the delivery of complex programmes in highly regulated environments.

As a Board Observer at Skinvest AI, Henk brings extensive experience leading multimillion-dollar technology transformation programmes, combining strong execution with strategic oversight. He also advises on international commercial ventures, supporting cross-border business development and partnerships across multiple industries.
