• Demonstrate potential applications in skin health screening
• Offer informational insights for educational and demonstration purposes

2.2 Demo Model Limitations

Important: This free demo uses a basic model with the following limitations:

• Recognizes approximately 50 skin conditions only
• Does not include "none" or "inconclusive" classifications
• Will always classify any uploaded image as one of the ~50 trained conditions, even if the image is not skin-related or shows a different condition
• Trained on a limited dataset for demonstration purposes
• Does NOT represent the full capabilities of our medical device version

Our medical device version uses significantly more advanced models, larger and more diverse datasets, expanded condition coverage, and includes proper "inconclusive" classifications when appropriate.

2.3 Medical Device Status

Skinvest is actively pursuing medical device certification. However, this web demo is separate from the medical device application process and does not carry medical device approval or certification.

2.4 Not Medical Advice

This web demo is NOT:
